Panda Antivirus Pro 2013 does not open when one clicks the bear icon
Antivirus 2013 product does not open when one clicks the bear icon next to the Windows clock.
To resolve this issue check that the program "iface.exe" in panda's installation directory (default %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Panda Security\Panda Antivirus Pro 2013) is not in compatibility mode.
